Help

Start with a favorite photo

Your first photo

Allow camera access when prompted. The camera works only during preview and stops when you leave the app. The simulator has no real camera; import a photo instead.

Natural beauty

Startup restores your last settings. If unavailable, the natural preset uses smoothing 65%, brightening 28%, rosy tone 10% and clarity 3% to improve skin texture and tone. Face shape, features, exposure and warmth start at 0, with original color and light. Adjust to taste. Side views, occlusion and low light affect detection.

Filters

Cream, Peach, Film, Clear and Monochrome support live preview. Cartoon, Cute 3D, Oil Painting and Vintage are fully processed after capture or import. Selecting cartoon generates it locally; strength changes reuse that image. When warm, preview load is reduced. At critical temperature, processing waits then resumes automatically; you can cancel, undo or return while keeping the current image. Lighter preview does not reduce the intended save size.

Capture tools

Use front or rear cameras, a thirds grid and 3- or 10-second timers. Cancel the timer anytime. Flash is available only on supported cameras. Front-camera photos are mirrored by default. Horizontal Mirror flips preview and photos; while editing, the photo and stickers flip together and can be undone.

Camera interruptions

Calls, system resources or other apps may interrupt the camera. It tries to resume afterward, or you can tap Reconnect. Library editing remains available.

Importing photos

Choose a photo with the system picker without granting access to your entire library. iCloud photos may need time to download.

Undo and redo

Use Undo and Redo above the photo. One continuous slider drag counts as one step. Reset restores original-image settings; Natural restores the natural beauty preset.

Saving to your library

A new photo is added only when you tap Save; the original is unchanged. First-time saving requires permission to add photos. If denied, allow it later in Settings.

Quality and format

Exports JPEG up to 4096 pixels on the longest edge, without enlarging small images. Preview uses a smaller image for responsiveness; saving reprocesses at higher resolution. Original metadata such as GPS is not copied.

Leaving the editor

If the photo is unsaved, returning to the camera or importing another photo asks for confirmation. Drafts are not saved; unsaved photos cannot be recovered after quitting or system termination.

Free features

Taking photos, natural beauty, basic color adjustments, original comparison and watermark-free saving are free.

Pro lifetime purchase

Cartoon, cute 3D, local removal, texture repair and background replacement are Pro features. Preview them on your photo before unlocking Pro to save. Apple’s purchase screen shows the price. Pay once, without a subscription. Tapping Save only shows information and never purchases automatically.

Continue editing for free

Close the purchase page to keep previewing, or remove Pro effects. Removing only a Pro filter keeps other adjustments. If Pro repair, background or mirror edits were applied, it returns to the version before this Pro edit. The rollback scope is explained before removal.

Restoring and offline use

After changing devices or reinstalling, use your original Apple Account and tap Restore Purchases. Pro verified on the device works offline. Loading prices, purchasing or restoring may require internet. Pending purchases unlock only after approval; refunds or revocations return access to free features.

Stickers

Choose and drag stickers into place, up to 12.

Remove object

Brush over the object to remove. Edges are detected and included; pink shows the final selection. Add strokes or turn off smart selection.

Tap a nearby clean background sample, then cover the object and its shadow.

This removes objects and fills the background. Unpainted edges may leave traces. Large occlusions or complex textures may look unnatural; undo and try again.

Hair retouch

Tap a clear area of hair to sample, then brush where you want more hair.

Only the selected area is changed. Hair fill copies real hair texture; use a small brush in stages for a natural result. Undo or compare with the original after applying.

Background

Keeps the person and replaces the background automatically. Fine hair, transparent objects and complex overlaps may have edge errors.

Photos are processed locally. The background is cropped to fill the image; you can undo after applying.
